I've just looked at my offers on MyBT and it says I can save up to £12 per month if I upgrade from Full Fibre 300 Halo 3 to Full Fibre 900 Halo 3 with Complete Wi-Fi.
Great, I thought, until I noticed that BT think I pay £13 more for FF300 than I actually do. This means that the offer to save me money costs me £1 more per month.
I get that lots of people have a 'negotiated' deal but surely BT must know what I pay them.
I agree BT must know what you pay per month including any discounts that you may have.
My BT FTTC contract is up in 6 weeks and I have been offered two deals. Same as I paying the now for FTTC2 with Halo 3 but for extra £6 upgrade to Halo 3+.
Dont want Halo 3 + and anyway prices will go up come 1st April.
Trying to hold of getting a new deal as FTTP is due to be turned on in the area in the next month or two.
Plus not sure if I will be staying with BT this time.
