Struggling to get a new connection

Hi

 

first post

Im really struggling to get a new connection to our farm office

we are at the end of 2 lines and keep getting orders cancelled, and I just would really like an engineer to come out an look

one of the lines is an old copper adsl line at c2mb to our old farm house

 

ive registered the farmyard as a new address and it’s half way between the old farm house and an office that gets c100mb

when we do the online checker it gives the lower of the two, all three properties share the same postcode so in my mind it’s pot luck what we’ll get at the farmyard but would be happy to pay for an engineer to come out and give a definitive view

 

any advice would be welcome

As this would be a BT Business connection, please could you post on the BT Business Forum.

Its Openreach that provide the connections, but you would need to have an outstanding order for them to do a survey.

BT Business sales should be able to sort all of this out.
