Swap to EE from BT Full Fibre - Error on site

So when I sign in to my account I get a nice banner across the screen advising me I can upgrade to EE, however when I select it I get another page which says 'Sorry, looks like a technical error has occured' and then it takes me to EE which says the same "sorry, something went wrong on our end"

 

Has anyone else seen this and know what is the issue?

Yes tell me about it. Been discussed in various threads on here.

 

I've had numerous phone calls about it. I've tried to move to EE a few times. I even wrote a letter of complaint.

That error has been there for over a year in one form or another. It seems to be only if you are on Halo 3.

 

Only answer is to ring up and play the queing game as BT/EE blame each other for the issue. Suffice it to say I've given up and left it for a while before I play telephone tennis again.
