Switch broadband query

I currently have Full Fibre 150 Halo 3 and sport pack which is due for renewal next month. I am thinking of switching to save myself a few quid a month. My query is if I swap broadband will my sport (which I will still want) carry on as normal and will I need to replace the BT TV box?

I want to change my broadband to a cheaper ISP but keep TNT sport

You could just switch ISP and subscribe directly to TNT Sports for £25 odd a month.
