Switch credit

Switched from sky beginning off June and been trying to get switch credit back as was left with final bill from sky £132.25 send by loads of emails showing bills ie screen shot not good enough then managed to send a PDF bill show thought that’s it after around 15 emails to bt switch team but that was not good enough know they want they need to see debit adjustment fee did not ask for that on last email come to the conclusion that they don’t want to pay this out so will be looking in to returning to sky

From previous posts BT only cover the early termination fees by invite only so you need to have something from BT inviting you to switch and BT will cover the termination charge. If you have received the invitation then you need to settle the cost with SKY and then provide bill confirming paid and then get reimbursed by BT

That tells you what to do, assuming you were offered a buyout, as its by invitation only.
