Re: Switching from BT to EE for broadband
Really? As far as I'm aware it is not possible to switch and buy BT broadband and/or mobiles any longer? I have asked several times to go back to BT and it's not possible. Go on the BT website, It's all there. All of the offers mention EE broadband and EE mobiles. Not BT products. Read the EE Community forums about people with similar problems. I have an engineer calling round tomorrow as my last opportunity to stay with the EE package before I use my cooling off notice which expires on Monday, 10th March. Bear in mind I'm an EE Full Fibre 900 customer. This morning, my internet speed was...10. At the moment, it's 670. Throughout the evening my streaming buffers and freezes. It's unusable.

Re: Switching from BT to EE for broadband
Or were you on part fibre (FTTC) with BT and the unreliability now is thus due to your new full fibre connection?
In the latter case the full fibre would have been installed by Openreach, so it is likely that the problem is with that install and not related to the BT to EE migration
