We called to speak to someone today about changing our package and were told we can't because we have a telecare account that need removing. We have never asked for this and it won't have been here before we moved in either. So it's clearly a mistake. Someone called us back about it and we got cut off so now we don't know who to call or how to get this removed. I can see others have had the same issue. Please can someone advise.
