"This bill wasn’t paid on time - the overdue amount has been added to your next bill" uhm excuse me it was paid on time, all my bills are taken out via direct debi! It was on a Sunday but it's taken out the next working day and I have never had this issue before. This was for September, my bill for October is not even available yet.
I checked my bank account, the full amount was paid!
I did contact support and they said it's a glitch with the BT app but I'm on PC not using the app so just want to make sure!
