Recently switched to BT FTTH 500Mb
Used TopCashBack for for £105 cashback.
It tracked right up until it went live and then it went to declined. I’ve filed a dispute as can see no reason why it would have declined but disheartened to see and I can help but feel it was left pending right up to the point of go live. The dispute says it can take months which would take me out of a cooling off period.
Why would this have declined at this stage?
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
Cashback would not have been paid anyway, until you were outside of the cancellation period.
