Usually when I log in to my BT account on desktop I get the choice of two BT account numbers.
One is an old one that is no longer used.
I've just gone to log in and only the old account number is showing now??
How can I get this fixed?
Same on both Opera and Firefox browsers, never a problem before.

You will have to brace yourself and call customer services, 150 or 0800 800150 and explain they have deleted the wrong account from your MYBT.
Is this definitely what has happened? Not a glitch?
So I've just logged in through the MyBT app on Android and BOTH accounts are showing????!!!!?!?
OK so problem solved.
The desktop BT webpage has changed the way it displays the account numbers.
It used to show two together now it shows one in the box and one below.
