Unable to View Bills via the App

Hi there. I'm unable to view bills via the BT app. I keep getting the message 'Sorry, your billing and usage isn't available at the moment'. I think it may be to do with the fact that I have two BT account ids. Is it possible to merge two accounts under the one ID?
