So had option to upgrade from 500 -900 for just one pound extra a month and a 12 month game pass , which was a no brainer for me .
So have selected the upgrade and an activation date of the 6th sep. Did not think anything of it , just got an email saying , sorry we are late switching your service which was email title and the email says sorry we are still fixing your fault .
Not showing any fault of the my bt page my 500mb still working fine , and also it says activation tomorrow , just not sure why i am getting email saying the switching is late and there is a fault they are working on . Any ideas ?
