I have an account on BT Business, have done for years. I've always managed to get onto the online portal to view and print bills, although this has never been a straight forward and easy task. The website frequently changes or just sometimes doesn't work at all.
However, BT have changed something and now I'm completely unable to access my bills. I received an email stating I had a new bill - pretty standard. I log in to my account same as usual. The interface has changed, but there I can see I have a new bill. I click "View Bill" - this opens a new window.
The top of the page thinks I'm trying to sign up. It says "My BT Business Account: sign up". Normally it would just show the 2 billing accounts that are on my online account. Seems strange, but I try and add my billing account by copying and pasting the account number from the previous page.
It can't add the billing account as it's already added to an online account. Which account you ask? My account, as part of a group. I go back to the previous page and it shows I'm viewing that group. No matter what I try, I am completely unable to view my bills as it keeps taking to this new sign up page and asks me to add an account.
