Unable to access bills through my bt app without fully logging out and back in again
Can anyone help with or can a moderator ask app support to investigate this issue below
If I login to the app I am able to view my bill once but then the next time I go back into the app the next time I want to view my bill I get presented with the following image
The only way I can remove it is to log out fully and log back in but this only allows me one viewing of the bill before the error message and cycle of logging out and in again returns
anyone else had this issue
