Hi,
I have joined the broadband recently. I want to add my account to MYBT. After I inserted my account number, it told me to wait for 5 minutes and the account would be added. But I still could not see any account added in MYBT after several hours and it still requested me to add the account again. I tried again and the problem looped.
Can anyone suggest me how to solve the problem?
