Unable to claim BT Virtual Reward Card

Hi, 

I am unable to claim my GBP 50 BT Digital Reward card. I am getting emails saying it is ready to claim but when I click on the link and log in nothing shows up on my account to claim. 

My service has been live for more than 14 days now. 

Could someone please help with this?
