So random issue, wanted to sign into My BT to check the acct and cannot login, password and user acct are correct, and can happily sign into emails in the web and desktop outlook without issue.
Password hasnt changed, but i did try a password reset, which appears to have been succesful, yet still says incorrect username/Password.
Feels like i'm missing something, was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I would recommend deleting and reinstalling the app and clearing cache.
