Billing

I cancelled my TV package from 23rd January and received an email confirming it. I have also received a request to return the TVBox.

However, on "My BT" my estimated next bill from 2nd February shows the full cost of a TV package. Is this just the system being slow to catch up or should I start a "chat" at this stage? What have people found from experience?

I would think it will be until the TV is actually off the account you could change your mind, the product is still technically active so the bill wont adjust until its actually gone - anything you overpay would be corrected on the following bill
