Each time I login via the app it says that i need to update my profile and add my account to login to the app.
so when I try the link it just takes me to my by account online and it doesn’t let me login to the app. it just loop back to the beginning stating that my account needs adding and my profile updating
@skybluearmy No one can help you with this problem, it’s a BT issue affecting some customers which they are allegedly attempting to fix but it’s taking a long time for them to do it.
There’s been at least a dozen threads posted on this the last week alone.
There is an ongoing problem logging on for some people.
Can you log onto your MyBT using a web browser rather than using the app and if required when doing this follow the prompts about setting up Two Factor Authentication if it requires it.
If you have not already tried this try uninstalling the MyBT app and reinstalling it after you have done the above.
I have access to my account via browser yes.
but I can’t log into the app
I’ve tried every troubleshooting I could think off (deleting app, clearing cache, different devices etc)
but still says the same
