Unable to login to my BT account via link in Bill Email

I've been unable to login to my BT account for a few months from my MAC pc using Mozilla Firefox browser which is my preferred browser. I've cleared history and the cache.

I have been using my email address since I became a customer 3 years ago but I cannot even get to the login page using the link they include in the email to view my bill - see  below

The message is on top right corner states  "access denied".

A solution would be much appreciated.
