Says it's successful but says check back in 5 minutes. Never works. Try a few different emails over a number of days.
Identical thing happened to me a couple of weeks back, after numerous calls and online chat basically saying it was a known problem and they were working on it.
I called again and call handler put me through to the technical department who said they didn't think it was to do with the known problem.
He said to leave it with him and true to his word within 24 hours I had access again.
Might be worth trying to get through to the technical dept.
