And still the issue persists. Been quite a few years now ... Reported twice via online chat and still the same issue. The online chat h as sorted out any upgrades or downgrades I chose to nake, but that is not the point. I would just like to see what is on offer via my BY account ... Not have to strike up a dialogue with someone just to see what offers may or may not be available at that particular time
