You would think its in BT's interest to fix this because more people might be enticed to switch/add more services if the feature worked.......

Had the same issue since rejoining BT many months ago. I managed to swap my TV package via chat last time but they have now removed that option too so I am stuck with the package I am on. It’s really not the ‘flexible’ TV they advertise.

Call 0800 800 150, totally flexible as advertised
The advertising clearly states TV packages can be fully managed online via the app. That is not the case therefore it is misleading to say simply call an 0800 number which people with disabilities might be unable to do
I'm having the same problem to, i cant change anything on my account. Or get my access code to purchase a Ps5.
