Unable to upgrade broadband speed..

Hello 

I've been trying and trying to upgrade my broadband speed and although I know I can get a faster speed at my property, BT is saying I can't get any faster than what I already have now, which I know is false because I checked the open reach broadband checker for my premises and its saying I can recieve faster speeds.

It feels like I'm living in the dark ages with the speed I've got at the moment 😞

 

I've tried ordering a new package online but it's saying Its only offering the speeds I've been quoted from BT.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if  HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
