I have just had an email from BT confirming that the £3 increase on the PAYG digital calling plan that they had shown on my annual increase email was incorrect and the charge would remain unchanged at the £3 from the prior year.  See comment from email below.   I suspect this mail may have been sent out to everyone who had been incorrectly told of an increase on their PAYG plan, as although I had contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they had told me that it was incorrect (as mentioned in earlier post on this thread) I have not followed up with them recently:

Hi from BT,

We recently let you know that your PAYG call plan price would increase. This was sent in error, and we can confirm there will be no increase to your PAYG call plan.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.

Any other price changes previously communicated remain unchanged unless we get in touch with any further updates.
