Sorry to bother you all.
After an absolute nightmare of a time trying to renew my contract with BT, which was an ongoing saga from 16th July, finally sorted 25th July :(, I've received my most recent bill and it is a more than I was expecting with additional charges. I understand that it is a crossover bill incorporating both old charges (we were out of contract for months prior to renewing) and the new contract, but we appear to have a penalty charge and also call costs incurred whilst trying desperately to sort the issues out (I think I must have spoken to at least 5 different people over the period of trying to sort things out).
Who do I need to speak with to try and get these charges sorted please? I'm conscious of using a telephone number again in case I get charged again.
I'll be honest, part of me wishes I'd just moved to Sky 😞
