If you’re on Universal Credit, you may be eligible for BT’s Home Essentials package, which offers a lower-cost broadband and phone plan for customers on certain benefits. You can check your eligibility and apply directly through BT here: BT Home Essentials.

Once you apply and BT confirms your eligibility, they’ll update your package and pricing accordingly. If you need help with the process, BT’s customer support can guide you through it.
