Hello, my 12 month promo offer for Xbox game pass has expired on the 25th of this month. It’s still showing as managed by / subscription by BT/EE although it was stacked originally on top of a current ultimate game pass membership to take it to 2025. How do I remove the managed by BT/EE? To take it back to managed by Microsoft?

I totally understand that you'll want to make sure you can manage the Xbox Game Pass moving forwards.
The best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch with our customer service guides, and they can have a look to see what needs to be done to change the management.
