Upgrade/Contract Change

1. I'm an existing BT customer.

2. Contract expires in Jul 22.

3. Currently on Fibre 100, cost £40.22 pm.

4. BT have a Power Sale currently running for some Full Fibre packages, one of which is Full Fibre 500, cost £27.49 pm for Broadband and landline.

5. In the information about the package it states " Homebuyer's offer - £27.49 for 3 months" but further on it states "Now £27.49 a month - £49.99 (this amount has a line through it indicating that this was the normal price prior to the sale offer)- 24 month contract"

Question 1.  As a current BT customer can I ask for an upgrade from Fibre 100 to Full Fibre 500 at the price stated?

Question 2. Is the sale price of £27.49 only for 3 months after which the price increases to the pre-sale price of £49.99?

Call BT on 0800.800.030 for renewals or the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787 who should be able to answer all your questions and place the order if you decide to go for it.
