Recognising the inevitability of having to change to EE from BT, is the customer support the same? I understand that EE is owned by BT and the network hardware is the same, but will I still be able to ring them up? I do value being able to speak to a UK-based human when I have queries, especially when it is time to re-contract,
EE broadband contracts are cheaper than BT’s so I fear I may have answered my own question.

Yes you can still call up EE Customer Support. Usually open between 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm weekends
