Upgrading to full fibre

I currently have FTTC and are considering changing to FTTP. This will obvviously mean replacing the existing copper wire from the pole with fibre is there a cost for this or is it absorbed by the monhly cost of the chossen package.

There is no cost and any given package is the same price regardless of whether delivered via copper or fibre.
