Hi team,
My current contract will end on 05 Sep 2023 (in 3 days!). According to the letter I received, it said that Your price once your contract ends is £39.30 (at the moment it's £34.30). Does it mean that after 05 Sep 2023, I don't have to do anything and I will be charged £39.30 monthly? Let's say I want to continue for another 6 months, what should I do to cancel the wifi completely after that given my assumption is correct?
I'm very confused because I saw another offer of 24-month contract in the letter. I just want to make sure I still have wifi to study at home after 05 Sep 2023.
Thank you very much.
Best,
Dong

By WiFi I assume you mean broadband. Once your contract ends you just automatically move to a rolling 30 day contract if you do nothing.
If you only want to continue for 6 months rather than start a new 2 year contract, simply do nothing.
Yes I meant broadband. Thank you very much for your quick response!
