Virtual reward card error

I have been receiving texts and emails claiming that I can claim my reward card, however when I follow the instructions and log in, the message below pops up:  

Error !

Please try after some time.

May I get some assistance? Thank you.

Hi, @Rollins welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're experiencing issues claiming your reward card. I've seen that error happen when the MyBT account hasn't been verified. Did you click on the verify link that was emailed to you when the MyBT account was first set up?
