What is the Fee for Moving Home ?

If I have BT Broadband at one address and few months down the line I switch home to a new address but want to keep the same service, how much would it cost to set it up at a new address please?

there’s no charge, you’ll keep the same service provided it’s available at the new address otherwise you’ll be offered alternatives as close to it as possible

Make sure you complete the Moving Home section in MyBT which will ensure a smooth change over and continuity.
