Who can I contact to escalate a BT internal IT issue that’s causing me billing issues

I’m now on EE broadband, BT’s choice to move me over. However I’m still about to be billed from BT for Broadband.

im now numerous calls in with BT and the conclusion is :-

BT have an IT issue over an order on my account that is not closed, even though everything is complete, they can’t tell me when this issue will be fixed cos it’s in the hands of their IT function.  But apparently if they charge me both from EE and also BT for my broadband then they will compensate me 🤬

i dont want compensation, how difficult can it be to shutdown an order, why can’t they offer me and ETA ?

why doesn’t anybody ever call me back ? And who is Alistair ? Who is apparently owning  the issue yet has never spoken with me 

the broadband service is good, but internal failing administration process in BT should not be my problem
