Received Email from BT timed 19.30, saying I'd ordered an Xbox pass today, most definitely did not, not the first time users have reported this, appreciate some one in the know getting back to me.
I'm not anyone in the know here, but did you recently order either the BT Full Fibre 500 or the BT Full Fibre 900 packages? If you did the email might be about your included 6 months of Xbox game pass.
