Why are BT /EE so **bleep**?
xmas phoned BT negociated new contract for fibre and new contract fot sons mobile.
Told mobile had to move to EE.
All done.
Then son threatened by txt mobile bill not paid (obviously payment details had not moved with his mobile contract)
20 mins on phone - new direct debit.... sorted
Then checked my online BT account - can login but no bills showing although direct debit taken for new price from my account...... 5 days ago
main Bt page from mybt says
choose how to pay you currently pay by cash - red setup now button - clicked - error page.............
Just waiting for the next F**K up ------expecting my fibre to be disconnected next........
Bt is now EE .... ye lol
then why is the mobile EE and my fibre BT (al be it taking my direct debit for payment but not showing any service on the website........
Sorry I didnt just move to Sky .....

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience with your upgrade. Have you spoken with our Customer Support team? They'll be able to go over your account and make sure everything is as it should be for you.
