I'm constantly getting new hubs even though I haven't asked for them. I don't understand why and I hope I don't get charged with the early termination fee for something that I've not cancelled?

I am sorry you're having this problem. It's something we will need to look into urgently. Give our guides in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 so that this can be investigated. Post back and let us know how you get on chatting with them.
