Worst experience ever try to get broadband

I waited over a month for broadband and never got it.  I took a day off work and have had hours of phonecalls and texting online.  I've had 2 sets of equipment to deal with and never got broadband in the end.  You tried to take money from me for broadband.  I still don't have broadband and have cancelled the order (There were a few orders as they kept getting cancelled and all this was UNEXPLAINED!!!

You are offering me a refund to go on my BT account but I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

Please resolve this

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

If you do not have a BT account the refund will be paid back to which ever method you used to make the payment or your Direct Debit account that you set up when ordering the broadband.
