I renewed my broadband with BT a month or so ago , after which i got an email offering a 12 month free pass to XBox Ultimate. However when I tried to register it on my products I kept getting an error message that the site was under maintenance giving me a number to call with option numbers to press. I phoned the number and after being put on hold a few times was told it was because I had changed my broadband (not so I have stupidly been with BT for years) but it was now sorted and should leave it a week and try it again. I did, and I have been trying to register it regularly but still with no success . The under maintenance error meassage still appears but this time when I followed the calling instructions I didn't get anyone to speak to just an automated response and a text regarding broadband or phone faults. Can anyone help me get this sorted as it's now heading the same way as when I switched from Sky TV to BT TV some years ago, as that took months to sort out and left me and the familly with no TV over the Christmas and New Year period.
