erm no, was that part of the deal, didnt get told that, i was advised to take the offer up within 14 days
I also can't get Game Pass. It keeps coming up to say it can't be processed. Got the email to say it was included on 28th March.
Any update, seems others get help on here??
Hi @DaveT2, and @Kipper1980 sorry you can't claim the Game Pass online. Use the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to claim this for you.
