Similar to a few others on this forum, i have recently upgraded my BT broadband but been merged with EE as part of my phone contract.
As part of the new broadband, i have had a text saying my package includes Xbox game pass ultimate for 6 months. It will be ready in the next 14 days. Visit ee.co.uk/go/gaming.
This text was received on the 13th May (well over the 14 days suggested by EE) and every time i go to the link, log in with my EE account the web page simply says "this service isn't working right now". I have tried all the suggestions i could find such as trying on wifi/mobile data, different web browsers etc, clearing cookies but all result in the same error being shown.
I know this has happened with others and people have had their code simply emailed over to them or a mod has made private contact to activate for them.
Any help would be appreciated!

As you are an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
