I have the "pay nothing for 12 months" offer for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, however it just ends up in a "We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2" message.
Tried this and got nowhere, just seemed to end up asking me to pay to send a txt message for a phone or broadband fault.
Can anyone assist?
