Xbox Game Pass

I recently upgraded to Ultra Fast 900 and got an email with 12 month free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I followed the instructions and added my account and my BT Bill shows and Extra £10 on my bill. 

Is this correct or a

Has the deal not been added.

check MYBT that your order has completed

has your first bill after change been paid

you need to use pc/laptop not app

may take a few days after order completed to see 'content partners'
