Renewed my broadband to full fibre 900 4 weeks ago, partly due to the fact the package was supposed to come with 12 months xbox game pass.
I waited 2 weeks to get my activation email, which never came. A game pass section has appeared on my account on the BT website, however as other users have reported it doesn't work and instead gives me the wrong phone number.
On 28th Oct I spoke to someone on live chat who told me they had sorted it out and I would get an email within 24 hours. By 1st November I still hadn't received anything so I called customer service, who - instead of trying to help - tried to sell me an EE sim and upgrade my broadband further before cutting me off when I stated I was calling about game pass, not to purchase anything. After trying again I got through to someone else who said they would send a form off and I would hear back in 5 working days. Those 5 days have passed and still nothing.
Not really sure where to go from here. I was promised something by BT and they've failed to deliver, and everyone I speak to has a different answer.

I am sorry that you have been getting nowhere with getting the Xbox Game Pass as part of your plan.
When you contacted our team to chase this, there should have been a webform sent which would have had the code with you within 7 working days.
