Xbox Gamepass - Cant Cancel Auto renew

Good afternoon,

Could someone help me please.  I cannot find how to turn off the xbox game pass auto renew and by the look of other posts this is something that is a recurring problem and needs moderator support.  Please help

We no longer have access to customer accounts here in the community. Have you spoken with our Customer Care team? They should be able to cancel it manually for you.
