Xbox Live 12 Months

Hi, I was recently sold new broadband going with BT and was promised 12 months xbox live by the sales rep, she said Id be sent the code a day or so before my new activation which is tomorrow. I was also told there may be some controller or something as well but wasnt sure?

How or where do i claim this please?

You need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed then go to MYBT look for content partners and should find link there
