Hi,
I have for several months paid for Xbox game pass through BT. Independently of BT I received a code for 3 months subs. I have cancelled my BT game pass subscription. When I go to Microsoft site to apply my subscription code I am told game pass is still managed through BT.
How/when will I be able to pay for my Xbox game pass by redeeming codes on Microsoft site?
