Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 6 months included

I just did a regrade of my BT broadband to Full Fibre 500 Halo3 and it mentioned that I had free six months of XBOX Game Pass Ultimate but how do I activate this and get login credentials?

If you login to your account and then go to the "Your Products" tab.

Scroll down to the bottom to "Content Partners" and there should be a link in there.
