When I first joined BT I was issued a 6 month game pass. How do I find it to activate it please? I have googled and it says click content partner. I can’t find this. I have been on hold numerous times to bt but can’t get through. Please help, I have an excited child wanting to get on his Xbox

You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can activate it.
If you are out of that period you will need to call BT Billing 03301.1234.150 who should be able to help.
Try logging onto your MyBT using a web browser to see if it is there.
when was your activation date you need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off period has passed before you can get xbox pass as the offer finished on 28 Jan you can try billing message now https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
